The hotel is located centrally. The surrounding area is residential and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plaza Nueva and the commercial district is five minutes' walk away. Avenida de La Constitition, the Cathedral, the Alcazar Palace and the Giralda can also be reached within five minutes. The Santa Cruz quarter is 7 minutes' walk away and the Maria Luisa Park just 15 minutes away. The nearest museum to visit are the Fine Arts Museum and the Bullring Museum, “La Maestranza”. The hotel has a convenient location for accessing the Triana Quarter and the Gualdavir River. The airport is 20 minutes away by taxi and it will cost you approximately 20 Euro.

Originally a palatial home of the 18th century, the property was taken over by the popular Vincci chain of hotels in 2003 and has been turned to a stylish 4 star hotel. Undoubtedly, one of the most luxurious and impressive hotels in Seviile, it is the ideal property for individuals, couples and business people. The exterior of the hotel is Andalucian, featuring a cherry red façade with white touches around the main entrance door and the windows. Some of the exterior rooms feature small balconies with metallic black railings. The entrance of the hotel is marble and you cannot help but admire the impressive early 20th century designed light hanging from the wooden carved ceilings. The reception area can be found on the left side of the entrance and consists of a modern dark wooden desk. To the right and left side of the reception are marble stairs leading to the guestrooms. Lifts are also available. The lobby is spacious and relaxing, with a small statue fountain in the centre and plenty of comfortable sofas and dark wooden coffee tables. In total, there are four seating areas dominating the main patio of the hotel, surrounded by marble columns, which support the 3 floors of guestrooms. The floors are of white marble , the ceilings are wooden with Italian styled beams and the walls surrounding the lobby have a light yellowish tone that is typical of the Andalucian style. To the left side of the entrance there’s a library, where guests can relax, have informal or formal meetings or access the Internet. The hotel doesn’t feature an actual bar but guests can enjoy a drink either at the lobby/lounge area or at the roof terrace or at the patio.
