Very friendly and accommodting staff; good service; excellent location. Perhaps a little more variety of breakfast needed? Remember to leave toilet seat down and plug hole closed in bathroom to avoid over-bearing smell of drains in the night!

Not unless they fix the boiler otherwise its freezing showers and cold water shaving! Waitress in dining room was miserable and surly - I even had to go outside to find her to come and make us a cup of tea at breakfast and fill the empty orange juice jug - not rocket science really.

No hot water when we there. Also main light in room was not working. Good restaurant though.Suggestion - stay somewhere else but enjoy an evening meal there!

2 minutes from Cathedral in a maze of streets of old town. So convenient for sightseeing and comfortable, clean rooms. Good restaurant/tapas bar downstairs. Very helpful staff.
Top Tip
The old town is scattered with places to eat, excellent Flamenco show 1 minute walk away. River trip cool and instructive. Good shops 5 minutes away.

Excellent hotel in ideal position. Street is very narrow so taxi drop off about 30 yards from hotel. This hotel is right in the centre of the action, just the job for a couple of 70+ year olds

Cheaply priced and beautiful old hotel in ancient Santa Cruz district -- but make sure you get a map of the district as it's easy to get lost! Easy walking to main city sights.
Hotel has one of best restaurants in area.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Top Tip
Recommend a walk to the Plaza de Espana (not mentioned in either of our guide books) -- fascinating 19th century extravaganza. Also excellent day trip to Cordoba (40 mins on fast train), a beautiful city well worth a visit.
