The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the Museum of Fine Arts and 10 minutes' walk from the commercial part of the city, the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar Palace. Directly opposite the Plaza Sevilla is the Hotel Melia Colon. The hotel is situated on a small square and there are numerous shops around it. It is a great base for exploring the city.

A small property of 45 guestrooms, built in 1929. It is a historical building and thus features original Andalusian tiling work and arches as well as a traditional courtyard/patio. The lobby is small with a couple of black leather sofas and a coffee table, as well as a cold drinks vendor machine and grey marble floors. The reception desk is simple and is to the left side of the entrance door. (hotel formerly know as the Plaza Sevilla hotel)
