Very good hotel. Iberia had lost our luggage and they called them on their own initiative to chase it up. Great location.

I have stayed at this Hotel 5 times now and its always a new experience. This time we stayed in a 'remote' section which meant the walk to breakfast/reception was longer than in the past but we did book upper level rooms so we had a patio area to relax. The Piano bar still needs attention, far too long to wait for service. Overall though, I will still book at this Hotel in Seville as it is far more interesting than the more modern types available.

Great little pool on the roof. You need a good sense of direction to find your room. Charming interiors.

Really beautiful small hotel, with lots of small moorish courtyards full of plants, fountains and glorious tiles. A perfect tranquil hotel from which to explore Seville. Fabulous breakfast too.

Great central location (for Old Town) but because of rain during Semana Santa,did not offer sufficient space to lounge about in its cramped indoor public areas.Plenty of shaded outdoor courtyards,but for the normal very hot climate.

The room and the facilities within them are excellent. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Over-rated and over-priced. Not what I would expect of a 4* hotel. While a nice room, it was at the furthest point from reception and not even in the main building; it was so dark it was depressing.

Utterly beautiful, with great courtyards and lots of character. Tiny rooms by the very nature of the place but not like anywhere else. Please do not change it in any way. A treat. (Avoid room 93 - electrical generator downstairs! staff changed our room no problem)
