Whilst the location of this hotel was fantastic if you're travelling on foot, it was hellish to find by car!
The receptionist guided us to a fantastic bar for authentic flamenco, just round the corner.
Unfortunately the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned & there was blood on our sheets!
By our standards, this was definitely not a 4 star hotel.
Nice to have internet access in the room, which enabled us to look up Sevilla restaurant reviews, but otherwise left rather a lot to be desired.

Some of the staff were not particularly friendly although others were. The bar was closed due to staff shortage. We asked for a small bottle of wine to be put in our mini-bar but although we asked more than once and was promised that it would be put in it never was. We thought breakfast was excellent. Everything in very close proximinity - most places to see within walking distance although it was a bit hot for walking - it would definitely be better to go in spring or autumn.
Top Tip
The open-top bus tour highly recommended and very good value also river trip. Interior or cathedral disappointing. Triana is well worth visiting. Many restaurants/tapas bars close to hotel

I got great cudos for choosing this hotel. It was so central to the historic monuments. The staff were so helpful and it was very close to good restaurants.
Top Tip
So much to see in Seville it is difficult to itemise them.

Exterior of hotel excellent. Interior very austere and bedrooms extremely small. The bathrooms were not acceptable as they had been added on as an afterthought and were made from frosted glass! Plenty of restaurants and bars in the local vicinity and the people were extremely friendly.
