Our Review

Originally a palatial mansion, this hotel still has a nicely traditional feel to it, with lots of impressive artworks lurking in every corner. It’s not suitable for guests with children as it has no family rooms, but it does boast great views of the Giralda from the rooftop pool and terrace bar.

Hotel Facilities:

Car Parking ... The Dona Maria has private car parking facilities. There are 7 spaces available at a cost of €15 per day. Car parking spaces cannot be pre-booked. Public car parking is also available, within 3 minutes' walk from the hotel. The cost for a day is €14.

Conference Facilities ... The hotel has two meeting rooms at the guests' disposal.

Outdoor Swimming Pool ... Located on the roof terrace, the pool looks over the Giralda and the Alcazar Palace. It opens in May or June (depending on the weather conditions) and closes in September or October. The swimming pool is surrounded by numerous sun loungers and coffee tables.

Restaurant ... Available on the ground floor, offering hot and cold buffet breakfast daily from 07:30 till 11:00. The restaurant doesn't serve lunch or dinner.

Rooftop Bar ... The 2nd bar of the hotel is located on the terrace and is very popular during the summer months, due to its service and its fabulous views of the Giralda. It operates from 08:00 till 02:00. The Lobby Bar operates from 08:00 till 12:00.

     rooftop pool was definitely a plus in the 40degree sunshine...              view of the Cathedral from the rooftop bar was stunning...             lovely view of the cathedral from the rooftop terrace ...             PARKING VERY LIMITED WHEN YOU GET THERE. ...             Top floor bar and pool area excellent ...             view of the Giralda from rooftop bar lovely. ...             Parking is a nightmare...             view from terrace is outstanding. ...             Nice to have drink on rooftop bar in evening ...             Make your drinks last though as they are expensive...             small pool and bar on the roof ...             Car park is about 10 mins walk away...             Use public parking its much easier than trying to get a car into the old town ...              Great to have a pool but limited pool area & pool beds...             limited bar facilities ...             Dare not use underground car park, access at 45degrees under hotel....
