The property is a modern, 12-storey building, housing 356 rooms, where guests can relax and enjoy a high level of service and facilities. All the rooms are spacious with modern facilities, such as air-conditioning, mini bar, high security locks, satellite channels, toiletries etc.

The hotel is situated on a busy main road with numerous shops and cafes located nearby. It's 15 minutes' walk to the Cathedral, the Giralda and Plaza Nueva, while the Maria Luisa Park and is 3 minutes' away. The property is only a few minutes' drive from the airport and the train station. A taxi rank is outside the hotel so it's quite easy to get around the city, if you don't fancy walking.

      fairly close to the center although you will still have a 20 min walk each day to get there...             You can take taxi's from outside the hotel every day and everything is not far away...
